摘要

监理公司是建筑工程中最重要的组织者和管理者。只有融洽好与用户和施工单位的相关性，才能够发挥出在工程项目里的“三控两管一融洽”作用，确保建筑工程订购的“质量、投资、进度目标”的完成。目前，在中国建筑工程监理是一个迅速发展里的行业，工程项目监理存在很多难题。大家要政府机构有关部门在政策、管理制度和防范措施里的可用，也要社会各界的共同了解并可用，才能够进行中国在基本建设项目中全力推行建筑工程监理制的初衷。分析了目前工程项目监理方面具有的销售市场降价不合理、监管不到位、监管力度低、社会性不完整、监理销售市场不规范、监理员工行为规范不太高难题，并强调了一些阻止全过程监理实行的具体解决方法，希望可以对工程项目监理的发展具有一定的推动作用。

Abstract

Supervisioncompanyisthemostimportantorganizerandmanagerinconstructionproject.Onlyharmonywiththerelevanceoftheuserandtheconstructionunit,canplayathreecontrol,twopipesandaharmonyroleintheproject,toensurethecompletionofthequality,investment,progresstargetoftheconstructionprojectorder.Atpresent,constructionprojectsupervisionisarapidlydevelopingindustryinChina,andtherearemanyproblemsinprojectsupervision.Weneedrelevantgovernmentagenciestobeavailableinpolicies,managementsystemsandpreventivemeasures,aswellasthecommonunderstandinganduseofallsectorsofsociety.OnlyinthiswaycanwecarryouttheoriginalintentionofChinasall-outimplementationofconstructionsupervisionsystemincapitalconstructionprojects.Thispaperanalyzestheexistingproblemsinprojectsupervision,suchasunreasonablepricereductioninthesalesmarket,inadequatesupervision,lowlevelofsupervision,incompletesociality,non-standardsupervisionandsalesmarket,andlowstandardofsupervisionstaffbehavior,andemphasizessomespecificsolutionstopreventtheimplementationofthewholeprocesssupervision,hopingtopromotethedevelopmentofprojectsupervisiontoacertainextent.
