摘要

本文对油气管道焊接施工中的焊接技术进行了分析与比较，提出了在选择焊接技

术时，需要考虑管道的工作压力、管道壁厚、管道材料和管道直径等方面的因素，同

时还需要考虑施工条件、施工周期和成本等因素。焊接技术是油气管道施工的关键环

节，对管道的施工效率和运营安全起着决定性的作用。因此对油气管道焊接技术的分

析是非常重要的。针对长输油气管道工程焊接施工的特点，对高效进行油气管道的焊

接提供了切实性的参考。

Abstract

Thispaperanalyzesandcomparesweldingtechnologiesinoilandgaspipelinewelding

construction,andproposesthatwhenselectingweldingtechnologies,factorssuchasthe

workingpressureofthepipeline,thewallthicknessofthepipeline,thepipelinematerialand

thediameterofthepipelineneedtobeconsidered,aswellasconstructionconditions,

constructioncycleandcost.Weldingtechnologyisakeypartofoilandgaspipeline

constructionandplaysadecisiveroleintheconstructionefficiencyandoperationalsafetyof

thepipeline.Therefore,theanalysisofoilandgaspipelineweldingtechnologyisvery

important.Thecharacteristicsofweldingconstructionforlong-distanceoilandgaspipeline

projectsprovideapracticalreferenceforefficientoilandgaspipelinewelding.
