摘要

本文旨在研究餐饮空间中的空间运用与色彩运用。受国家开放二胎政策影响以及新时代儿童家长追求个性化消费的推动，儿童行业市场发展前景乐观。美国ChuckE.Cheeses查克芝士亲子餐厅、韩国品牌Lilliput粒粒堡亲子餐厅、日本多啦A梦主题乐园餐厅等运营全球闻名，拥有许多忠实的粉丝。近期，国内的Twinkle耀童等多家亲子餐厅得到融资，儿童餐饮产业发展愈加成熟，引起关注。本文通过童话森林主题亲子餐厅的设计为载体，研究餐饮空间设计中的空间运用与色彩运用。首先叙述研究背景，思考研究的目的和意义。其次将普通餐厅与主题餐厅进行分析对比。最后，通过赏析国内外优秀亲子餐厅的设计案例寻找灵感，进行亲子餐厅的设计。

Abstract

Thispaperstudiesthespaceandcolorapplicationinthedesignofcateringspace.Influencedbythenationalopentwochildpolicyanddrivenbythepursuitofpersonalizedconsumptionofchildrensparentsinthenewera,thedevelopmentprospectofchildrensindustrymarketisoptimistic.Chucke.cheesesChakcheeseparent-childrestaurantintheUnitedStates,Lilliputnanzipuparent-childrestaurantinSouthKorea,DolaaaDreamThemeParkrestaurantinJapan,etc.arewell-knownintheworldandhavemanyloyalfans.Recently,anumberofparent-childrestaurantssuchastwinkleYaotonghavebeenfinanced,andthedevelopmentofchildrenscateringindustryhasbecomemoremature,whichhasattractedattention.Basedonthedesignofparent-childrestaurantwiththethemeoffairytaleforest,thispaperstudiesthespaceandcolorapplicationinthedesignofcateringspace.Firstofall,itdescribesthebackgroundoftheresearchandconsidersthepurposeandsignificanceoftheresearch.Secondly,thecommonrestaurantandthethemerestaurantareanalyzedandcompared.Finally,throughtheappreciationofthedesigncasesofexcellentparent-childrestaurantsathomeandabroadtofindinspirationforthedesignofparent-childrestaurants.
