摘要

现如今互联网热潮，将信息化管理发展推向了时代的前沿。信息化管理越来越受到人们的关注。随着我国酒店行业的蓬勃发展，单纯的人工管理显得越发吃力不讨好，从而被发掘出来的就是把管理信息系统作为酒店实施科学化管理的主要工具。而酒店管理系统能使得在这高速发展的社会中，给酒店住户带来更便利的操作体验，出行住宿一站式的服务，带来更好的体验感；更能提高工作效率，降低人力资源成本。简化了优质服务流程，提升服务质量，实现资源根据现状进行的最合理分配，增加收益。配合管理层全面了解经营状况。

本系统基于SSM框架，基于SpringMVC、Spring和Mybatis的集成框架，具有良好的性能和快速的开发效率。jQuery、layui等前端技术则搭建前端页面，这一切都基于Eclipse开发工具来实现。

用户前台展示和后台信息管理两部分组成本系统，其中用户前台展示主要针对用户，包括了酒店介绍，公告信息，订房退房服务，在线留言模块。后台信息管理主要针对系统管理员，包括了酒店房间管理，用户信息管理，房间类型管理，留言管理，营业额统计模块。

Abstract

Nowadays,theInternetboomhaspushedthedevelopmentofinformationmanagementtotheforefrontofthetimes.Moreandmorepeoplepayattentiontoinformationmanagement.WiththevigorousdevelopmentofthehotelindustryinChina,thesimplemanualmanagementseemstobemoreandmoredifficulttoplease,sowhatisdiscoveredistotakethemanagementinformationsystemasthemaintoolforthehoteltoimplementscientificmanagement.Thehotelmanagementsystemcanmakeinthishigh-speeddevelopmentofsociety,tothehotelresidentstobringmoreconvenientoperationexperience,travelandaccommodationone-stopservice,bringabettersenseofexperience;canimproveworkefficiency,reducehumanresourcecosts.Itsimplifiestheprocessofhigh-qualityservice,improvesservicequality,realizesthemostreasonableallocationofresourcesaccordingtothecurrentsituation,andincreasesrevenue.Cooperatewiththemanagementtofullyunderstandtheoperationstatus.
