materialorworkmanshipforaperiodofone(1)yearfollowingthedateofshipment

totheBuyer.Cynosure,atitsoption,willrepairorreplacethesamewithoutcharge,

providedBuyershipstheproducttoCynosure,transportationchargesprepaid.

BuyermustcallCynosureinadvanceat888.523.2233torequestaReturn

MerchandiseAuthorization(RMA)number.

Warrantyshallnotapplytoproductthatwasnotproperlyinstalled,maintainedand

operatedwithinthelimitsofratedandnormalusage.Warrantyshallnotapplyto

productthathasbeensubjectedtoanaccident,tampering,alteration,misuse,

abuse,negligence,fireorwaterdamage.Warrantydoesnotcoverdefectsor

damagecaused,directlyorindirectly,asaresultofservicebyunauthorized

personneland/ortheuseofunauthorizedreplacementpartsoraccessories.

Cynosure’sliabilityunderthiswarranty,oranyotherwarranty,whetherexpressor

impliedinlaworfact,islimitedtorepairorreplacementofdefectivematerialand

workmanship,andinnoeventshallCynosurebeliableforconsequentialorindirect

damages.
