道ＸＸＸ管程公里，项目投资为XXXX元.

二、旁站监理方案的依据及人员职责

（一）旁站监理方案的依据

1、国家、行业及地方现行的设计规范、建筑工程质量检验评定标准、

施工及验收规范；

2、国家、行业及地方现行的工程建设监理的法规、政策、规范及标

准;

3、本工程委托监理合同；

4、本工程的招标文件和投标文件；

5、本工程施工图纸及说明；

6、委托人依法签定的与本工程监理业务有关的其它合同或协议；

7、广东省及肇庆地区现行的预算定额、费用定额及有关工程造价的

管理规定.

(二）旁站监理方案的人员职责

1、检查施工单位现场人员到岗情况、特殊工种人员持证上岗情况、

施工材料准备情况；

2、在要求实施旁站监理的工程关键部位、关键工序进场现场跟班监

督，督促施工单位严格按照技术标准、规范、规程和设计文件及经过

批准的施工组织设计（方案)进行施工，特别是检查工程建设强制性
