摘要

伴随着跨境电子商务的兴起，跨境电子商务物流行业也得到了快速的发展和壮大。在信息化、数据化、共享化的网络时代，国际间的贸易往来越来越频繁，跨境电商的发展前景十分光明。物流是跨境电商发展的根本，只有稳定的物流发展，才能保障跨境电商的快速发展，并实现两者的互补。尽管我们国家的跨境电商积累了很长时间的经验做后盾，但苹乐集团在跨境电商物流方面还是存在着一些问题。比如，人才管理力量储备不足、配送管理效率低以及商品退换货难、缺少专业化物流支撑、清关结汇困难、投递时间不稳定等诸多问题。

本文从介绍与跨境电商有关的概念入手，深入分析了目前我国跨境电商的发展现状，指出了目前跨境电商发展道路上存在的问题，并在此基础上，为苹乐公司提供了相应的对策，使其能够更好地发挥自身的优势；对后勤人员进行专业培训，弥补后勤人员不足的不足；以海外仓储的方式，解决客户的退换货问题。最后，本文对苹乐集团如何发展提出了几点建议，并提出了自己的看法，从而提高了跨境电商的发展水平。

ABSTRACT

Withtheriseofcross-bordere-commerce,thecross-bordere-commercelogisticsindustryhasalsoexperiencedrapiddevelopmentandgrowth.Intheeraofinformatization,digitization,andsharing,internationaltradeisbecomingincreasinglyfrequent,andthedevelopmentprospectsofcross-bordere-commerceareverybright.Logisticsisthefundamentalfoundationforthedevelopmentofcross-bordere-commerce,andonlystablelogisticsdevelopmentcanensuretherapiddevelopmentofcross-bordere-commerceandachievecomplementaritybetweenthetwo.Althoughourcountryhasaccumulatedalongexperienceincross-bordere-commerceasabacking,PingleGroupstillhassomeproblemsincross-bordere-commercelogistics.Forexample,therearemanyproblemssuchasinsufficienttalentmanagementpowerreserve,lowefficiencyofdistributionmanagement,difficultyincommodityreturnandreplacement,lackofprofessionallogisticssupport,difficultyincustomsclearanceandforeignexchangesettlement,andunstabledeliverytime.
