摘要

目前，中国现代化企业管理不断向全面、细致化的方向发展。由于我国市场的发展，零售行业中公司内部竞争日益加剧。很多零售业企业在确保企业拥有优质商品的同时也会储备大量的通用性商品来保障企业的生存。此外，企业库存和营运状况是相互作用的，甚至会对企业管理人员的决策影响，所以，企业需要有效提高内部存货管理，寻求有利于企业发展壮大的存货管理方法。本章以广缘超市为研究对象，对其存货管理状况展开剖析。由此指出广缘超市目前在存货管理工作中存在的主要问题，并探讨问题形成的成因。基于此，针对性地指出了广缘超市存货管理工作的完善举措，并据此希望能够健全广缘超市内部存货管理体系，进而减少企业的存货成本，也能够为国内零售行业中其他企业的健全存货管理体系提供借鉴。

ABSTRACT

Atpresent,Chinasmodernenterprisemanagementisdevelopingtoacomprehensiveandfinedirection.WiththedevelopmentofChinaseconomy,thecompetitionamongenterprisesintheretailindustryisbecomingmoreandmorefierce.Mostretailenterprisesguaranteethehighqualityoftheirproductswhilealsostoringalargenumberofgenericproductstomaintaintheirsurvival.Inaddition,theinventoryandoperationsituationofenterprisesaffecteachother,andevenaffectthedecisionsofenterprisemanagers.Therefore,enterprisesshouldeffectivelyimprovetheinternalinventorymanagementlevelandfindaninventorymanagementmodesuitableforthedevelopmentofenterprises.Thispaperanalyzesthecurrentsituationofinventorymanagement.ItputsforwardtheproblemsexistingintheinventorymanagementofGuangyuanSupermarket,andstudiesthecausesoftheexistenceoftheproblems.Basedonthis,theimprovementmeasuresfortheinventorymanagementofGuangyuanSupermarketareputforward,basedonwhichitishopedthattheinternalinventorymanagementsystemofGuangyuanSupermarketcanbeimproved,soastoreducetheinventorycostofenterprises,andalsoprovidereferenceforotherenterprisesintheretailindustrytoimprovetheinventorymanagementsystem.
