摘要

随着社会信息化和技术的快速发展，大中企业的规模正在更广泛地扩大其经营范围。在其发展过程中，对资金的需求不断增加，使企业筹资逐渐成为财务管理中最重要的环节之一。为了适应现代经济和企业发展的需要，大中企业必须加强融资战略管理的研究，创新融资战略管理模式，追求最佳的融资资本结构，以降低大中企业在融资发展过程中的成本和风险。本文主要结合南天信息股份有限公司的经营情况以及实际筹资情况进行归纳分析得出解决措施，希望在南天信息固有的管理基础上更进一步分析存在的问题以及不足之处，在这基础上得出解决问题的具体措施，同时将筹资风险同步降低在可控的范围内，为后续的经营管理提供有利之处。以达到南天信息体系化进一步完善的目的，最终促进南天信息经济的进一步发展。本文首先介绍有关企业筹资的相关理论，其次介绍了南天信息的规模、公司具体情况以及在筹资管理过程中存在的风险，之后通过具体的数据案例分析南天信息筹资管理存在的有关问题，然后根据有关问题得出具体的解决措施，最后得出企业的筹资管理至关重要，一个企业要想健康发展必须重视筹资管理的结论。
