摘要

传统的档案仓库管理存在很多的问题，比如：人工管理的方式效率低，费时费力，纸张的存储不当，会导致文档的生命周期不好控制，且安全性极差，还存在查询档案资料不方便的情况。为了解决这些问题，设计自动化的档案仓库管理系统是非常有必要的。本次设计基于STM32系列单片机的档案仓库管理系统，外接温湿度传感器模块来获取仓库内部的实时环境信息，设置烟雾传感器模块来检测仓库的环境，如果有异常蜂鸣器会报警，以此来提醒工作人员，对档案仓库进行GPS定位，可以更快确定仓库的位置，同时设置条形码扫描模块来记录档案的信息。这样的好处在于不用通过人工手动测量的方法来进行数据采集，方便我们操作，提高工作效率，节省了人员成本。与此同时可以预先设置一个适宜仓库存储的数据范围，一旦监测到数据超出合理范围之后，系统可以自动通过点亮LED灯或者蜂鸣器响来及时提醒监管人员，促使我们及时采取对应措施，规避风险，避免不必要的损失。实验验证，设计的系统具有一定的实用性。

ABSTRACT

Therearemanyproblemsinthetraditionalarchivewarehousemanagement,suchas:themanualmanagementmethodisinefficient,time-consumingandlaborious,improperstorageofpaper,whichwillleadtopoorcontrolofthelifecycleofdocuments,andthesecurityisextremelypoor,andthereisalsoinconvenienttoqueryarchivematerials.Inordertosolvetheseproblems,itisnecessarytodesignanautomatedarchivewarehousemanagementsystem.ThedesignisbasedontheSTM32seriessingle-chipmicrocomputerfilewarehousemanagementsystem,externaltemperatureandhumiditysensormoduletoobtainreal-timeenvironmentalinformationinsidethewarehouse,setthesmokesensormoduletodetectthewarehouseenvironment,ifthereisanabnormalbuzzerwillalarm,soastoremindthestaff,GPSpositioningofthearchivewarehouse,candeterminethelocationofthewarehousefaster,andsetthebarcodescanningmoduletorecordtheinformationofthearchive.Theadvantageofthisisthatthereisnoneedtocollectdatathroughmanualmeasurement,whichisconvenientforustooperate,improveworkefficiency,andsavepersonnelcosts.Atthesametime,asuitabledatarangeforwarehousestoragecanbesetinadvance,andoncethemonitoreddataexceedsareasonablerange,thesystemcanautomaticallyalertthesupervisorintimebylightingtheLEDlightorbuzzer,promptingustotaketimelycountermeasures,avoidrisks,andavoidunnecessarylosses.Experimentsshowthatthedesignedsystemhascertain
