摘要

自动分类混料添料控制系统可以通过精确的饲料配送，根据畜禽的生长阶段和需求，合理控制饲料的投放量，提高饲料利用率，降低生产成本，提高养殖产值。自动分类混料、添料控制系统可以实现对饲料投放量和频率的精确控制，确保畜禽获得足够的营养，避免因饲料过多或过少而导致的饲养质量下降，从而促进畜禽健康成长，提高肉、蛋、奶等畜禽产品的品质和市场竞争力。自动分类混料、添料控制系统采用传感器技术、控制器和执行器等先进的自动化设备，实现对饲料的智能化管理和控制，减少人工操作的需求，降低了人为误差，提高了饲养管理的智能化水平，有助于畜禽养殖的现代化、智能化和可持续发展。因此，本文设计了一种多畜类养殖自动分类混料、添料控制系统，以达到节省养殖过程中人力物力的投入，节省成本。

本文基于PLC的控制技术，制作了一个养殖场中自动分类混料、添料控制系统。该系统以PLC为核心，对混料塔和运送料小车进行远程控制，达到对饲料重量的实时监测、饲料的混料搅拌以及运送入槽。最终经过仿真模拟以及调试，通过结果得出该自动分类混料、添料控制系统能满足当前养殖场的各种功能要求，达到了节省养殖场中人力的使用以及物力成本投入的目的。
