摘 要

随着国民经济和社会的发展，信息高速公路作为拉动经济发展的大动脉已处于高速建设和发展的时期。高速公路通信系统可为道路的安全运行、高效运输、科学管理、优质服务提供可靠、快速的信息传输手段，最大限度地发挥信息高速公路安全、畅通、经济、便捷、舒适的特点，从而确保高速公路获得最佳的规模效益和社会效益，故应科学合理地利用高速公路的通信资源，以在实现国家信息高速公路网规划的同时，也形成一个具有规模的通信系统。

该论文首先对光纤的概念及其历史发展做了简单的介绍，其次对光纤通信系统现况和未来发展趋势做了概述，最后对该设计：天水－兰州高速公路通信系统做了详细的计算和估价明确了论文所要研究与设计的内容。

本设计为天水－兰州高速公路通信系统设计。本通信系统的几个主要构成部分：光纤数字传输系统、接入网传输系统、程控数字交换系统,然后分别对各个系统进行设计。

Abstract

Withthedevelopmentofnationaleconomyandsociety,informitionhighwayisconstructinganddevelopingrapidlywhichisamainforcetopulltheeconomicgrowth.Theexpresshighwaycommunicationsystemisacredibleandquickinformationtransmissionmethodforsecurityrunning，effectivetransportationandscientificmanagement.Ithasthecharacteristicofmaximumexertionexpresshighway′ssecurity，quickness，economics,convenientandcomfort，Whenitrealizesexpresshighwaynetplanning,itisalsoalarge-scalecommunicationsystem.

ThepaperclearlydiscussedtheFiber-optic,Fristly,introducedtheFiber-opticdevelopment of the communication system in express highway，Secondly thecharacterofthecommunicationsysteminexpresshighway，Inthispaperthereareseveraltechniqueprojectproposedandcompared，wechoosetheStore-ProgramControlSwitching，thancrystallizethecontentoftheresearchandthedesigninthispaper.
