五虎活血贴膏的制备和质量评价

【摘要】目的：以成方制剂五虎散为主要功效成分，制备一款活血化瘀，消肿止痛贴膏，并对其进行评价。方法：通过黏力和感官评价筛选基质配方中骨架材料、黏合剂、交联调节剂的种类；通过单因素试验和正交试验确定骨架材料、黏合剂、交联剂和交联调节剂用量；通过黏性测定感官评价确定基质的添加顺序和最大载药量；通过鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜试验对贴膏进行刺激性评价。通过比色法测定贴膏中总黄酮含量；结果：得到的基质配方中骨架材料确定为聚丙烯酸钠NP-700，黏合剂为卡波姆980，交联调节剂为柠檬酸，保湿剂为甘油；烘干前膏体总重为44.07g，其中聚丙烯酸钠3.50g，卡波姆0.22g，溶胀于22g去离子水中，甘羟铝0.25g，柠檬酸0.1g，溶于1g去离子水中，甘油16g，载药量1g；总黄酮含量1.5840mg/g。结论：制得的五虎活血贴膏具有较好的黏性和成型性，安全无刺激、稳定性好。

[Abstract]Objective:Toprepareablood-activatingandstasis-resolving,detumescenceandpain-relievingplasterwithWuhuPowderasthemainfunctionalcomponent,andtoevaluateit.Methods:Thetypesofskeletonmaterials,adhesivesandcrosslinkingregulatorsinthematrixformulaweredeterminedbysinglefactortest.Theamountofskeletonmaterial,adhesive,crosslinkingagentandcrosslinkingregulatorwasdeterminedbysinglefactorexperimentandorthogonalexperiment.Theadditionorderandmaximumdrugloadingofthematrixweredeterminedbysensoryevaluationofviscositydetermination.Theirritationofthepastewasevaluatedbychickembryochorioallantoicmembranetest.Thecontentoftotalflavonoidsinthepastewasdeterminedbycolorimetry;Results:Inthematrixformula,theskeletonmaterialwasdeterminedtobeNP-700,thebinderwascarbomer980,thecrosslinkingregulatorwascitricacid,andthemoisturizerwasglycerin.Thetotalweightofthepastebeforedryingwas44.07g,ofwhichNP-7003.50g,carbomer0.22g,swellingin22gdeionizedwater,aluminumglycinate0.25g,citricacid0.1g,dissolvingin1gdeionizedwater,glycerol16g,drugloading1g.Thecontentoftotalflavonoidswas1.5840mg/g.Conclusion:ThepreparedWuhuHuoxuePlasterhasgoodviscosityandformability,safeandnon-irritating,andgoodstability.
