摘要

水是我们维持生命活动必不可少的物质。当今社会水资源利用不合理，造成了极大的浪费。如我国的甘肃、陕西等地水资源匮乏，人们日常生活用水得不到保证，所以人们要更加合理利用水资源。水资源绝大部分浪费在农田灌溉，主要是因为人们采用大水漫灌，不仅浪费了水资源，更增加了劳动量。因此，本文设计了一种自动灌溉装置的PLC控制系统。首先分析了自动灌溉装置的结构及工作原理，从而确定了控制要求，然后进行了硬件设计和软件设计。其中硬件设计主要包括PLC选型、I/O分配表和I/O外部接线图，软件设计包括了控制流程图设计和梯形图程序设计。该系统采用PLC技术为控制核心，使其体

Abstract

Waterisessentialforustomaintainlifeactivities.Intodayssocietyisnotreasonableintheutilizationofwaterresources,causedgreatwaste.Suchasgansu,shanxiandotherplacesinChinawaterresourcesshortagearea,waternotassuredthatpeoplelivesdaily,soweneedtomorerationaluseofwater.Wastemostofthewasteofwaterresourcesinirrigation,becausepeopleusingfloodirrigation,wastewaternotonly,makemorepeopletoincreasedlabor.Therefore,thisarticledesignedakindofPLCcontrolsystemofanequipmentofautomaticirrigation.Firstanalyzedthestructureandworkingprincipleofautomaticirrigationdevice,thusdeterminedtheworkrequirements.Thenthehardwaredesignedandsoftwaredesigned.Hardwaredesignedincludingthedesignedofthehardwareprinciple,typeselectionofPLC,I/OallocationtableandexternalI/Owiringdiagram.Softwaredesignedincludingthedesignedprincipleandladderdiagramprogramming.ThesystemusesPLCasthedesignedcore,smallvolume,strong
