CNG长管拖车是储存、运输CNG的专用车，它的设计、制造、检验及验收完全符合GB7258-2004《机动车运行安全技术条件》，JB4185-1986《半挂车通用技术条件》及企业标准Q/02ZYT001-2006《长管拖车》，具有储存容量大、运输效率高、运载方便的优点。

CNG长管拖车主要由半挂车、框架、大容积无缝钢瓶、前端安全仓、后端操作仓五大部分组成，大容积无缝钢瓶两端瓶口均加工内外螺纹，两端外螺纹与安装法兰用螺纹连接，将安装法兰用螺栓固定在框架两端的前后支撑板上；瓶口内螺纹上旋紧端塞，在端塞上连接管件，前端设有爆破片装置构成安全仓，后端设有进出气管路、排污管路、测温仪表、测压仪表、快装接头以及爆破片装置等构成操作仓。

CNG长管拖车是CNG加气子站的气源，也可为民用燃气系统运输天然气，是管道燃气输送的有效补充手段，工艺简单，占地少。具有如下特点：
