ABSTRACTObjective:Asthecesareansectionrateincreasesyearbyyear,thetreatmentofpreviouscesareanscardefects(PCSD)posesasignificantchallenge.Thisstudyaimstoevaluatetheclinicalvalueofpreoperativemagneticresonanceimaging(MRI)technologyandanalyzerelevantinfluencingfactorsforpatientswithabnormaluterinebleeding(AUB)associatedwithcesareanscardefectswhounderwentlaparoscopicsurgery.

ABSTRACT

Methods:AretrospectivecohortanalysiswasperformedonwomenwhounderwentlaparoscopicsurgeryforPCSD-relatedAUBattheDepartmentofGynecology,theThirdXiangyaHospitalofCentralSouthUniversityfrom2018to2022.Atotalof57patientswhounderwentlaparoscopicsurgeryforthetreatmentofAUBassociatedwithPCSDwere

dividedinto2groupsbasedontheirpostoperativeclinicalcurestatus:Theclinically-curedgroup(n=28,49.1%)andthenon-clinically-curedgroup(n=29,50.9%).Afterapostoperativefollow-upperiodof3monthsforallparticipants,logisticregressionanalysiswasconductedtoexplorethecorrelationbetweentheclinicalcurerateofAUBassociatedwithcesareanscardefectstreatedbylaparoscopicsurgery
