Abstract

Basically,IwanttomakethisprojectbecauseofmyinteresttowardscustomizationandasaconsumerIwantthingas

IwantandIalwayskeentoknowsomethingnew.So,Ithinkthisisthebestwaytolearnsomethinginterestingand

knowledgeable.Ifacedmanyproblemsduringtheprojectbecausethisisaverybroadtopicandeveryonehavetheir

ownopinion.So,thisprojectisanattemptatbringingtolightthecurrentsituationofcustomizationincustomer

relationshipmanagement.Theroleofcustomizationincustomerrelationshipmanagementhasbeendiscussedindetail

andlimitationshavebeenaddedanddiscusstherelatedintricaciesofthisprojectwhichisthemostimportantobjective.

ThepresentscenarioandsituationsprevailingintheCountryhavealsobeentalkedandtakebesteffortsnottoleave

behindanyloopholesandtotouchuponalltheimportantdetailsrelatingtocustomizationincustomerrelationship

management.Iamalsogivingmyownanalysisandconclusiononthisandgavemysuggestionaswell.”

Researchimplications:ThisresearchpaperprovidesapreliminaryunderstandingofcustomisationinCRMtoretain

itsconsumersbesidesthisitalsohighlighttheroleofcustomisationinCRMhowitapproachesandhelpstoexplore

newwaysinmarketingdomainforeasysettlementoftheircustomers.”
