论文题目：汽车油门防误踩踏装置的设计

摘要

随着汽车保有量的稳步增长，汽车主动安全技术的发展和完善是不可忽视的，防误

踩踏油门技术作为汽车主动安全的技术之一，已成为人们关注的焦点和发展趋势。此装

置可以有效减少驾驶员在紧急情况下需要刹车时缺误踩油门而引发一系列事故的情况。

因此，本文设计了一种机械式防误油门踩踏装置。本文首先进行整个系统的方案设

计，设计了离心式离合器、卷收机构以及中间轴联动装置，并具体设计了离心式离合器

的零件主要参数，并实现整个设计的三维构图。本设计不影响汽车油门制动踏板原有的

功能以及车内本身结构，不仅提高了汽车紧急情况下行驶的安全水平，而且极大的提高

了居民用车的安全性，有高效的使用和推广价值。

Abstract

Withthesteadygrowthofcarownership,thedevelopmentandimprovementof

automotiveactivesafetytechnologycannotbeignored.Anti-mis-steppingthrottletechnology,

asoneofthetechnologiesofautomotiveactivesafety,hasbecomethefocusofattentionand

developmenttrend.Thisdevicecaneffectivelyreducethedriverslackofmis-steppingonthe

gaspedalwhenheneedstobrakeinanemergencyandcauseaseriesofaccidents.

Therefore,thispaperdesignsamechanicalanti-mistakethrottlesteppingdevice.This

paperfirstlycarriesouttheschemedesignofthewholesystem,designsthecentrifugalclutch,

thewindingmechanismandtheintermediateshaftlinkage,andspecificallydesignsthemain

parametersofthepartsofthecentrifugalclutch,andrealizesthethree-dimensional

compositionofthewholedesign.Thisdesigndoesnotaffecttheoriginalfunctionofthecar

throttlebrakepedalaswellasthestructureofthecaritself,whichnotonlyimprovesthe

safetylevelofthecardrivinginanemergency,butalsogreatlyimprovesthesafetyofthe

residentscars,andhasanefficientuseandpromotionvalue.
