摘要

随着各国之间贸易往来的不断加深，辣椒制品在世界各地区的流通越来越频繁，而且也运用到了军事、食品和农业等各个行业当中，已经发展成为一大国际产业。同时随着对辣椒技术，质量和种类等各个方面的多样化需求，在国际上辣椒市场的竞争也越来越激烈。遵义市辣椒种植历史悠久，品质优良，特色突出，畅销中外。遵义常年辣椒种植面积在200万亩以上，分别占全球、全国、全省种植面积的3%、10%和40%，全市有辣椒制品加工企业40余家，年加工产值约55亿元，年干辣椒交易量约40余万吨、交易额约60亿元，全市产业链已初步形成。

本文首先通过对国内外研究现状进行介绍，其次结合数据分析当前遵义市辣椒出口的现状，然后通过SWOT模型分析遵义市辣椒企业的优势、劣势、机会和威胁，进而探究了遵义市企业的实际情况和辣椒出口面临的问题，最后从政府和企业两个层面来提出扩大出口的政策与建议。

Abstract

Withthedeepeningoftradebetweencountries,pepperproductsintheworldmoreandmorefrequentcirculation,butalsoappliedtothemilitary,Foodandagricultureandotherindustries,hasdevelopedintoamajorinternationalindustry.Atthesametime,withthediversificationofpeppertechnology,qualityandvariety,thecompetitionintheinternationalpeppermarketisbecomingmoreandmoreintense.Zunyipepperhasalonghistoryofcultivation,excellentquality,outstandingcharacteristics,best-sellingathomeandabroad.TheareaplantedwithcapsicuminZunyiismorethan2millionmu,accountingfor3%,10%and40%oftheglobal,nationalandprovincialarearespectively.Therearemorethan40capsicumproductsprocessingenterprisesinthecity,withanannualprocessingoutputvalueofabout5.5billionyuan,annualdrypeppertradingvolumeofabout400,000tons,tradingvolumeofabout6billionyuan,thecitysindustrialchainhasinitiallyformed.Thispaperfirstintroducestheresearchsituationathomeandabroad,thenanalyzesthecurrentsituationofhotpepperexportinZunyiwithdata,andthenanalyzestheadvantages,disadvantages,opportunitiesandthreatsofhotpepperenterprisesinZunyithroughSWOTmodel,thenitexplorestheactualsituationofZunyienterprisesandtheproblemsfacedbyChiliexport,andfinallyputsforwardthepolicyandsuggestionofexpandingexportfromgovernmentandenterprise.
