试论某集团公司的家族式企业企业文化建设.doc

摘要

近些年来，中国的民营经济得到了前所未有的发展，已经成为我国国民经济的重要组成部分。在民营经济中，家族企业占绝大多数，并在创业初期显示出了强大的生命力。但是，随着家族企业的不断发展，企业规模的不断扩大，市场竞争的日益激烈，影响家族企业再发展的深层次矛盾逐渐凸现出来，主要表现在我国家族企业整体管理水平不高、企业文化的缺失、人力资源匮乏、缺乏内聚力等方面，这些问题已严重制约了家族企业的进一步发展。本文通过对某某集团公司家族企业文化建设过程遇到的问题分析，揭示了该公司家族企业文化在公司成长过程中所起的作用，并针对该公司做大做强，提出了对某某集团公司家族企业文化改造的建议。希望通过对某某集团公司家族企业文化改造的探讨，引出对我国家族企业文化问题的更多带有普遍意义的思考，愿我国的家族企业早日塑造出具有特色的优秀的企业文化，形成核心竞争力，从而打破家族企业短命的宿命，做成百年老店，基业长青。为我国国民经济的发展做出更大的贡献。
