softwareprograms(inwholeorinpart)ththisAgreementandwhichyouaccess

“on-line”and/orelectronication(inwholeorinpart)associatedandprovidedwiththese

programs,aswellasanyupdatesorupgradestosuchsoftwareprogramsandation,if

any,providedtoyouatTI’ssolediscretion.TheLicensedMaterialsarespecificallydesignedand

licensedforusesolelyandexclusivelywithprocessingdevicesmanufacturedbyorforTI(“TI

Devices”).Byinstalling,copyingorotherwiseusingtheLicensedMaterialsyouagreetoabideby
