鉴于采购方需要采购灭火器，乙方具备提供灭火器的资质和能力，经双方友好协商，特订立本合同，以便共同遵守。

第一条灭火器采购

1.1采购方同意向乙方购买灭火器，具体数量、规格、型号等详见附件。

1.2乙方应按照附件中的约定，向采购方提供符合国家产品质量标准和消防部门要求的产品。

1.3乙方应在合同签订后__个工作日内，将灭火器送达采购方指定的地点。

第二条质量保证

2.1乙方保证所提供的灭火器符合国家法律法规、行业标准和采购方的要求。

2.2乙方应提供产品的质量合格证明、产品使用说明书和相关技术资料。

2.3灭火器到达后，采购方应在__个工作日内进行验收。如发现产品质量问题，乙方应在__个工作日内负责修复或更换。

第三条价格和支付

3.1灭火器的价格详见附件。

3.2采购方应按照本合同约定的付款方式，向乙方支付合同价款。

3.3付款方式：

（2）验收合格并办理完毕消防部门验收手续后，采购方支付合同总额的__%。

第四条deliveryandacceptance

4.1Thesuppliershalldeliverthefireextinguisherstothedesignatedlocationofthepurchaserwithin__workingdaysafterthesigningofthiscontract.

4.2Thepurchasershallcheckandacceptthefireextinguisherswithin__workingdaysafterdelivery.Ifanyqualityproblemisfound,thesuppliershallrepairorreplaceitwithin__workingdays.

第五条Warranty

5.1Thesupplierguaranteesthatthefireextinguishersprovidedshallmeettherequirementsofnationallaws,regulations,industrystandards,andthepurchasersrequirements.

5.2Thesuppliershallprovidethequalitycertification,productmanual,andrelevanttechnicaldocumentsforthefireextinguishers.

第六条Confidentiality

6.1Bothpartiesshallkeepthetermsofthiscontractconfidentialandnotdiscloseittoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheotherparty.

6.2Thisconfidentialityobligationshallsurvivetheexpirationorterminationofthiscontract.

第七条ForceMajeure

7.1Neitherpartyshallbeliableforanyfailureordelayintheperformanceofitsobligationsunderthiscontractduetocausesbeyonditsreasonablecontrol,suchasnaturaldisasters,riots,strikes,andgo
