区块链背景下对金融业的发展分析
摘要：区块链是随着比特币产生的新技术，发展到现阶段，其应用范围已经超越了比特币。最近几年以来，国家对于供应链的创新也予以高度重视，国家标准委、保监会、证监会、央行等联合出台“十三五”《金融业标准化体系建设发展规划（2016-2020年）》，其中把数字货币确立为核心研究领域。区块链技术作为发行数字货币的基础，在金融行业内全方位、多层次、多主体广泛应用。区块链具有形成共识、不能擅自改变、去中心化等特点，在金融行业中，其能够应用于股权交易、清算结算、数字货币等各个方面，对金融业的发展会产生持久的、深刻的影响。本文立足证券交易、数字票据、支付结算、数字货币、征信管理、股权众筹、智能资产及资产证券化等8个方面详细说明了我国金融行业在区块链技术运用的现状，再分析了区块链技术对我国金融业发展所凸显出来的问题，最后从法律、技术创新、安全应用等三个层面说明区块链背景下金融业的发展建议和对策。
