摘要
随着经济的逐步发展，在信息全球化且多变的市场坏境下，各行各业都有迅速崛起黑马企业，各行各业的竞争也越来越激烈，短短时间内一个企业可能成为行业顶尖可有可能成为行业炮灰，因此企业的发展也面临着更多的风险。财务风险是一种非常重要的并且客观存在于每一个企业的风险，对企业的发展壮大有着非比寻常的作用，另外，企业可以通过正确有效的防范和控制来减小财务风险的发生和扩大，但不会被彻底的消除掉。所以，需要企业管理人员做的就是通过对企业的系统性分析，找出企业所存在的财务风险，分析其产生原因并采用有效的防范措施，力求获得最大利润的同时将损失降到最低。
本文从财务风险的理论意思和现实意义出发，依据财务风险的基本理论，结合汇锦丰公司行业特点和公司目前的经营状况，对汇锦丰公司所存在的财务风险进行了识别，对其主要风险进行系统的分析，找出公司财务风险的影响因素，在此基础上提出了企业财务风险防范的具体措施，意在让汇锦丰公司以后的发展更加顺畅。

Abstract
