摘要

港口物流是指设在沿海或内陆中心城市，利用便利交通优势，连接铁路、公路、（沿海地区还连接着海运，内河地区连接着河运），进行集货、存货、配货的综合服务，囊括物流产业全部环节。

近年来国内经济迅猛发展，中国对外贸易进出口总额位居第一，成为全球海运大国。如今我国已成为世界物流集散的新聚焦点，港口物流迎来了广阔的发展前景。自一带一路战略提出，营口港实现成功对接，成为唯一在“带”与“路”上的港口。在东北经济大幅下跌形势下，仍保持自身增势，实现逆势增长。随着欧亚大陆桥运输通道的打开，营口港顺利打造全方位物流平台，构建起海陆联运的国际物流。目前，中国港口物流发展潜力巨大，需要我们准确分析制定科学的发展策略。

为此，本文以营口港务股份有限公司为研究对象，以行业发展现状为背景，将港口物流行业作为参照对象，基于战略导向的基础，利用杜邦分析体系，分析营口港的财务报表得出公司的财务状况，并进而提出合理化建议。
