大同煤矿集团铁峰煤业有限公司固定资产管理问题研究

摘要

随着社会经济的快速增长，企业的范围不停的扩大，固定资产作为企业的主要组成部分，强化对固定资产的治理就显得尤为首要了。可由于我国对固定资产管理的认识较晚，所以对固定资产的管理存在人员思想素质较低、管理制度的不完善、没有建立健全的监督管理体系等问题，有待企业的改革与完善。以大同煤矿铁峰煤业有限公司为例，它的固定资产的管理曾经就存在过很多类似的问题，其在固定资产的管理上就存在工作人员思想教育低、制度不健全、资源浪费等问题，使煤炭的成本高居不下，固定资产的分配不均，资产的利用效率低下，其产生的原因有专业人员的缺少、企业制度的不完善等，需要通过加强人员的思想教育培训、建立相关健全的激励机制、加强企业内部的管控等措施来提升企业对固定资产管理的效力，希望通过对铁峰煤业公司固定资产管理的分析研究，引起其他煤炭企业的管理者对固定资产管理的足够重视，增加资源的利用效率，下调煤炭企业成本费用上面的支出，从而加强企业的市场竞争力，维护企业的生产与经济效益的增长，使企业在未来激烈的竞争中，具有一席之地。

Abstract
