鉴于甲方拟将其在__________大学食堂的经营权及有关资产转让给乙方，双方经过充分协商，达成如下协议：

3.3the乙方representsandwarrantsthatithasthenecessaryqualificationsandexperiencetooperatetheuniversitycanteen,andhasobtainedallnecessaryapprovalsandpermitsfromtherelevantauthorities.

4.1the甲方shallprovidethe乙方withallnecessaryinformation,documents,andassistancetofacilitatethetransferofthebusinessrightsandassets.
4.2the甲方shallcooperatewiththe乙方inobtainingallnecessaryapprovalsandpermitsfromtherelevantauthorities.
