摘要

本设计为福州某机械厂12t/h的燃气锅炉房工艺设计，整个设计力求设备选型准确合理、工艺流程布置顺畅、经济技术合理、燃料消耗低、初投资小。根据锅炉房设计的根本要求和原那么进行热负荷计算、设备选型和工艺布置。根据《燃油燃气锅炉房设计手册》，说明书主要说明了燃气蒸汽锅炉房的设计方法设计原那么以及详细的计算说明过程，说明书包括以下几个主要局部：热负荷确实定和锅炉选型、蒸汽锅炉房的水系统、蒸汽锅炉房的燃气调压系统、锅炉房布置原那么、锅炉房的自控及热工测量、锅炉的热平衡计算、烟道的布置等。热负荷确实定及锅炉型号的选择及锅炉水系统，这一局部主要说明的是蒸汽锅炉选型的原那么及选择计算和锅炉水系统中各辅助设备的选择计算及其供水系统水力计算。燃气调压系统主要阐述了燃气系统的选择及调压器的选择计算和燃气管路的水力计算。锅炉房的自控及热工测量主要是介绍了热工测试方法及自控的方法。锅炉的热平衡计算是校核锅炉的热效率。锅炉的烟道计算说明了烟气的走向及的排出。最后简略表达了锅炉的经济技术分析。

Abstract

Thisworkisthe12t/hgassteamboilerbuildingtechnologicaldesignofonemachinefactoryinFuzhou.Accordingto“themanualdesignoffuelboilerbuilding”,thispapermainlyclarifiedthedesignmethoddesignprincipleandthedetailedcalculationprocessofthegassteamboilerbuilding.Thispaperincludedseveralmainpartsasfollows:theintroduction,thedefinitionofthermalloadandtheselectionofboilertypes,thewaterandsteamsystemofthegasboiler,thegaspressureregulatorsystemofthesteamboilerbuilding,theprincipleofboilerbuildinglayoutandtherequirementofothermajors,theautomaticcontrolandthethermalcharacteristicsmeasureoftheboilerbuilding.Theintroductionmainlydescribestheprospectiveofthegasboilerbuilding,thesettlementofthermalloadandthechoiceoftheboilerandwatersystemoftheboiler.Thispartmainlydiscussesthechoiceprincipleandcalculationofgasboilerandtheselectionandcalculationoftheeachstandbyequipmentofboilerwatersystem.Thehydrauliccalculationofwatersupplysystemisalsoconsidered.Thegaspressureregulatorsystemmainlyintroducestheselectionofthegas-firedsystemandtheselectionofregulatorcalculationandthehydrauliccalculationofthegas-firedpipeline.Theseventhchaptermainlyintroducestheprincipleofboilerbuildinglayoutand
