节日起源

端午节的起源有多种说法，其中最广为人知的是纪念屈原。屈原是战国时期楚国的大夫，以其高尚的品德和杰出的文学成就著称，尤其是《离骚》等诗作，至今仍被传颂。公元前278年，楚国都城郢被秦国攻破，屈原深感国家沦丧，悲愤交加，于农历五月初五投汨罗江自尽。当地百姓闻讯后，纷纷划船出江寻找他的遗体，并抛投米团（后来演变成粽子）以防止鱼虾侵蚀。这一行为逐渐演变成为每年此日的习俗，以此表达对屈原的敬仰与怀念。
