Article1Coverage

-Collision
-Overturning
-Waterdamage
-Earthquake

Article2InsuredCargo
2.1TheInsuredCargoreferstothegoodsthatarespecifiedinthetransportationdocumentsandthatarecoveredbythisContract.
2.2TheInsuredshallprovideaccurateinformationabouttheInsuredCargototheInsurer,includingthetypeofgoods,quantity,value,andanyspecialrequirementsfortransportation.
Article3Premium
3.1TheInsuredshallpaythepremiumtotheInsurerinaccordancewiththeagreedschedule.
3.2Thepremiumshallbecalculatedbasedonthetypeofgoods,value,transportationroute,andotherrelevantfactors.
Article4InsuredAmount
4.1TheInsuredAmountshallbedeterminedbasedontheactualvalueoftheInsuredCargo.
4.2TheInsuredAmountshallnotexceedtheactualvalueoftheInsuredCargoatthetimeoftransportation.
Article5Exclusions
5.1TheInsurershallnotbeliableforanylossordamagecausedbyanyofthefollowingcircumstances:
-WillfulmisconductoftheInsuredortheinsuredparties
-InherentdefectsoftheInsuredCargo
