摘要

随着我国的经济成长的情况，我国各大城市的化工企业越来越多，社会对化学品的需求也越来越多，我国对化工企业所涉及到的危险化学品的评价也越来越多。

因此化工厂现状的安全评价十分重要。安全评价确定并分析了与项目相关的最重要的危险与危害，确定原因，并使用适当的安全措施进行安全控制。本文叙述了对安全评价钻研的目的及意义，探讨了安全现状评价的相应内容和其特有的性质。结合基本情况，给出相应的评价方法，并对其进行危险源辨识及定性定量分析，最终给出整改措施及建议。

该设计补充了用作硫酸生产主要原料的车间工艺设计，其年设计产能为20万吨硫酸生产，简要叙述生产硫酸的主要方法及其成熟的工艺流程。

本文拟从介绍安全现状评价的基本概念入手，采用安全检查表等评价方法，探讨在硫酸生产企业如何开展安全评价。

Abstract

WithChinaseconomicgrowth,therearemoreandmorechemicalenterprisesinChinasmajorcities.Thesocietysconcernforchemicals

Thedemandisalsoincreasing,andtheevaluationofhazardouschemicalsinvolvedinchemicalenterprisesinChinaisalsoincreasing.

Therefore,thesafetyevaluationofthecurrentsituationofchemicalplantsisveryimportant.Safetyevaluationistoidentifyandanalyzethemaindangerousandharmfulfactorsinengineeringprojects,findouttheircauses,andthenputforwardcorrespondingsafetyprecautionstoguidethesafetymanagementinproductionandconstruction.

Thispaperdescribesthepurposeandsignificanceofstudyingsafetyevaluation,anddiscussesthecorrespondingcontentsanduniquepropertiesofsafetystatusevaluation.Combinedwiththebasicsituation,thecorrespondingevaluationmethodisgiven,hazardsourceidentificationandqualitativeandquantitativeanalysisarecarriedout,andfinallycorrectivemeasuresandsuggestionsaregiven.

Thisdesignhascompletedtheprocessdesignofthesulfuricacidproductionworkshopwithanannualoutputof200,000tons.Pyriteisusedasthemainrawmaterialtoproducesulfuricacid.Themainmethodsforproducingsulfuricacidanditsmatureprocessflowarebrieflydescribed.

Thispaperintendstointroducethebasicconceptofsafetystatusevaluationanddiscusshowtocarryoutsafetyevaluationinsulfuricacidproductionenterprisesbyusingevaluationmethodssuchassafetychecklist.
