社区篮球自组织机制研究——以郴州市马田镇“村BA”为例

摘要

本文旨在以郴州市马田镇“村BA”为例，深入探讨社区篮球自组织的机制与发展。研究首先分析了“村BA”形成的背景，包括全民健身的推行和民众对体育锻炼的日益增长的需求。通过问卷调查、逻辑分析和数理统计等方法，对“村BA”的赛事参与、满意度及比赛情况进行了全面调查，并简要描述了其组织机构。研究发现，“村BA”组织的发展既受到内部动力如文化认同和社区凝聚力的推动，也受到外部动力如政府支持和市场开发的促进。

基于研究结果，本文提出了四点建议：一是强化政府引导与支持，为“村BA”提供政策和资金保障；二是深化市场开发与商业合作，拓宽资金来源和提升品牌影响力；三是加强人才培训与队伍建设，提升组织的专业水平和竞争力；四是推动文化融合与创新发展，打造具有地方特色的篮球文化品牌。这些建议对于促进“村BA”及类似社区体育组织的健康发展具有重要意义。

ABSTRACT

ThispaperaimstotakevillageBAinManTown,ChenzhouCityasanexampletoexplorethemechanismanddevelopmentofself-organizationofcommunitybasketball.ThestudyfirstanalyzesthebackgroundoftheformationofvillageBA,includingtheimplementationofnationalfitnessandthepublicsgrowingdemandforphysicalexercise.Throughquestionnairesurvey,logicalanalysisandmathematicalstatistics,acomprehensivesurveyontheparticipation,satisfactionandcompetitionsituationofvillageBAwasconducted,anditsorganizationalstructurewasbrieflydescribed.ThestudyfoundthatthedevelopmentofvillageBAorganizationswasdrivenbybothinternaldynamicssuchasculturalidentityandcommunitycohesionandexternaldynamicssuchasgovernmentsupportandmarketdevelopment.

Basedontheresearchresults,thispaperputsforwardfoursuggestions:first,tostrengthenthegovernmentguidanceandsupporttoprovidepolicyandfundguaranteeforvillageBA;second,todeepenthemarketdevelopmentandbusinesscooperation,broadenthesourceoffundsandenhancethebrandinfluence;third,tostrengthenthetalenttrainingandteamconstruction,toenhancetheprofessionallevelandcompetitivenessoftheorganization;fourth,topromotetheculturalintegrationandinnovativedevelopment,tobuildthebasketballculturebrandwithlocalcharacteristics.TheserecommendationsareimportantforpromotingthehealthydevelopmentofvillageBAandsimilarcommunitysportsorganizations.
