太原长风店苏宁易购基层员工培训分析.docx

摘要

人力资源是企业中最重要的资源。员工培训是企业为取得和发展人力资源而进行的一项战略性投资。随着中国加入世贸组织，中国企业面临的竞争越来越激烈。企业只有切实做好培训工作，才能增强竞争力，保证企业得以生存和发展。

培训是企业的一项有计划、有系统的、持续不断的人力资源开发行动。成功的培训不但取决于企业是否有一个适合自身实际情况的培训组织系统，还取决于培训需求分析、培训方法选择、培训实施和培训效果评价等各个环节。本文研究的案例企业是苏宁易购大型企业，在其运作中，培训发挥着十分重要的作用，但是企业对决定产品质量的关键员工--基层操作工人的培训方面着力明显不够，这已经成为困扰企业产品竞争力和影响企业收益的重要方面。在一般的培训理论中，对如何进行基层员工的培训也重视不够，因此本研究对这方面的探索是有价值的。

Abstract

Humanresourcesarethemostimportantresourceinanenterprise.Employeetrainingisastrategicinvestmentmadebyacompanytoacquireanddevelophumanresources.WithChinasaccessiontotheWTO,Chineseenterprisesarefacingincreasinglyfiercecompetition.Onlybydoingagoodjobintrainingcanenterprisesenhancetheircompetitivenessandensuretheirsurvivalanddevelopment.

Trainingisaplanned,systematicandcontinuoushumanresourcedevelopmentactionofenterprises.Successfultrainingnotonlydependsonwhethertheenterprisehasatrainingorganizationsystemsuitableforitsownactualsituation,butalsodependsontheanalysisoftrainingneeds,theselectionoftrainingmethods,theimplementationoftrainingandtheevaluationoftrainingeffects.ThecaseenterprisestudiedinthispaperisalargeenterpriseofSuningTesco,initsoperation,trainingplaysaveryimportantrole,buttheenterpriseisobviouslynotenoughtodeterminethequalityoftheproductkeyemployees-grass-rootsoperators,thetrainingofworkers,whichhasbecomeanimportantaspectthatplaguesthecompetitivenessofthecompanysproductsandaffectsthecompanysincome.Inthegeneraltrainingtheory,notenoughattentionispaidtohowtotraingrassrootsemployees,sothisstudyisvaluableforexploringthisaspect.
