摘要

随着全球化进程加速，中英两国高校学生工作作为不同教育体系的重要组成部分，展现出显著的差异和独特的优势。本研究采用文献分析法、案例研究法和比较分析法，深入探讨了中英高校学生工作的管理体系、服务模式和学生活动等方面的异同。研究发现，英国高校学生工作注重学术自由、学生自治和个性化发展，而中国高校则更强调统一管理和学术成绩的提升。英国高校提供的全面、个性化服务及丰富多样的学生活动，为学生全面发展提供了广阔的平台。相较之下，中国高校在服务内容和学生活动组织上仍存在一定的局限性。

本研究为中英高校学生工作的比较提供了全面的视角，揭示了不同文化背景下教育理念的差异，并对我国高校学生工作的创新与发展提供了重要启示。借鉴英国高校注重学生主体性、多样性和个性化需求的经验，我国高校学生工作应进一步加强学生的自主性和参与性，优化服务模式，丰富学生活动，以满足学生多样化、个性化的需求。同时，加强国际合作与交流，借鉴国际先进经验，对于推动我国高校学生工作的创新与发展具有重要意义。

ABSTRACT

Withtheaccelerationofglobalization,thestudentworkinChineseandBritishuniversities,asanimportantcomponentofdifferenteducationsystems,hasshownsignificantdifferencesanduniqueadvantages.Thisstudyadoptsliteratureanalysis,casestudymethod,andcomparativeanalysismethodtodeeplyexplorethesimilaritiesanddifferencesinthemanagementsystem,servicemode,andstudentactivitiesofstudentworkinChineseandBritishuniversities.ResearchhasfoundthatstudentworkinBritishuniversitiesemphasizesacademicfreedom,studentautonomy,andpersonalizeddevelopment,whileChineseuniversitiesplacegreateremphasisonunifiedmanagementandacademicachievementimprovement.ThecomprehensiveandpersonalizedservicesanddiversestudentactivitiesprovidedbyBritishuniversitiesprovideabroadplatformforthecomprehensivedevelopmentofstudents.Incontrast,Chineseuniversitiesstillhavecertainlimitationsintermsofservicecontentandstudentactivityorganization.
