ABSTRACT

Withthepopularizationanddevelopmentofhighereducation,thetraditionalmodelofstudentworkinuniversitiesisfacingmanychallenges.Thisarticleisbasedonthestudent-centeredconceptanddelvesintoitsimportanceandapplicationvalueinstudentworkinuniversities.Throughliteratureanalysis,empiricalinvestigation,andcasestudy,thisarticleconstructsastudent-centereduniversitystudentworkmodelandconductsempiricalanalysis.Researchhasfoundthatthismodelnotonlyimprovesstudentsatisfactionandpersonalizedneedssatisfaction,butalsoenhancestheworkenthusiasmandsatisfactionofteachers.Thismodelemphasizesstudentcentered,paysattentiontothecomprehensivedevelopmentofstudents,andeffectivelypromotesthehealthygrowthofstudentsthroughmulti-dimensionalstrategiessuchasteacher-studentcommunication,personalizedservices,careerplanningandemploymentguidance.Atthesametime,thisarticlealsopointsoutthechallengesofunevenresourceallocationandimperfectsystemsintheimplementationprocessofthismodel,andputsforwardcorrespondingimprovementsuggestions.Thisstudynotonlyprovidestheoreticalsupportandpracticalguidancefortheinnovationanddevelopmentofstudentworkinuniversities,butalsoprovidesnewperspectivesandideasforfurtherexploringtheapplicationofstudent-centerededucationconceptsinuniversities.
