摘要

随着我国经济的长效发展，对企业健康发展来说，资金的地位越来越高，已然成为保障企业能够生存发展的重要因素之一。企业资金管理的水平不仅影响到企业在市场中获得经济效益，同时也会影响到企业以后的长足发展，所以企业的决策者和管理者一定要着眼于自己的企业在资金管理中存在的问题，从而让企业在市场的竞争中夺得胜利。

本文研究的重点是资金管理，以辽宁裕华机电设备公司为研究对象，对该公司资金管理存在的问题进行研究和商讨。文章从以下几个方面进行商讨：首先，介绍了资金管理的含义、内容、原则以及意义，然后介绍了辽宁裕华机电设备有限公司的经营状况、经营范围、组织架构、管理状况，并对辽宁裕华机电设备公司资金管理的基本情况进行研究并分析出该企业资金管理存在的问题；并提出以下建议和对策：建立健全完善的资金管理模式、提升企业资金集中管理的能力、实行统一的信息化财务管理、建立收入支出环节的内部控制等对策以及建议，希望能够提升企业资金管理的能力。

Abstract

Withthelong-termdevelopmentofChinaseconomy,forthehealthydevelopmentofenterprises,thestatusoffundsisbecominghigherandhigher,whichhasbecomeoneoftheimportantfactorstoensurethesurvivalanddevelopmentofenterprises.Thelevelofenterprisecapitalmanagementnotonlyaffectstheeconomicbenefitsofenterprisesinthemarket,butalsoaffectsthefuturedevelopmentofenterprises.Therefore,thedecision-makersandmanagersofenterprisesmustfocusontheproblemsexistinginthecapitalmanagementoftheirownenterprises,sothatenterprisescanwininthemarketcompetition.
