军事工程学院,1961年赴莫斯科古比雪夫军事工程学院留学,获博

士学位,是我国现代防护工程理论的奠基人、防护工程学科的创立

者,2019年1月8日,获2018年度国家最高科学技术奖。

Province.HelaterstudiedintheformerSovietUnionandreturned

homein1965.

non-nuclearexplosionsatthattimebysettingoffaround12,000metric
