贸易高质量发展背景下广东跨境电商发展现状、问题及对策研究

摘要：当前我国经济发展阶段已由高速增长转向高质量发展。跨境电商是我国经济贸易的重要组成部分，其重要程度不言而喻，而我国的跨境电商以广东省最具代表性。广东省跨境电商凭借深厚的外贸基础及政策等一系列优越条件，得到了迅速的发展和壮大。通过观察近几年广东跨境电商的交易数据，结果显示，广东省跨境电商的交易规模已连续多年位列全国第一。但通过查询相关文献和资料，发现广东省跨境电商在高速发展的同时在监管、物流、支付、人才等方面均存在问题。因此通过对其跨境电商发展的优势及存在问题进行展开分析，并在贸易高质量发展的新背景下针对性提出发展广东跨境电商的对策。

Abstract:ThecurrentstageofChinaseconomicdevelopmenthasshiftedfromhigh-speedgrowthtohigh-qualitydevelopment.Cross-bordere-commerceisanimportantpartofChinaseconomicandtrade,itsimportanceisself-evident,andChinascross-bordere-commerceisthemostrepresentativeofGuangdongProvince.Guangdongprovincescross-bordere-commercehasdevelopedandexpandedrapidlywithaseriesofsuperiorconditionssuchasdeepforeigntradefoundationandpolicies.Byobservingthetransactiondataofcross-bordere-commerceinGuangdonginrecentyears,theresultsshowthatthetransactionscaleofcross-bordere-commerceinGuangdongProvincehasrankedfirstinthecountryformanyyears.However,byqueryingrelevantliteratureanddata,itwasfoundthatcross-bordere-commerceinGuangdongProvincehasrapiddevelopmentandproblemsinsupervision,logistics,payment,andtalents.Therefore,throughtheanalysisoftheadvantagesandproblemsofthedevelopmentofcross-bordere-commerceinGuangdongProvince,andunderthenewbackgroundofhigh-qualitytradedevelopment,thecountermeasuresforthedevelopmentofcross-bordere-commerceinGuangdongareproposed.
