大数据时代会计人员面临的挑战与应对策略研究—以深圳市宝安药业连锁有限公司为例
摘要：人类社会步入大数据时代后，各类信息每天以爆炸姿态即速增长，大量数据围绕在我们身边，数据比以往更深入且全面地与人类社会、群体，个体等交融在一起，企业凭借大数据快速发展和构建全新的营商平台，走向国际化大舞台，随着时代的改变，给财务人员也带来了相应的改变，财务数据来源途径多样化，传统核算型会计向管理会计转型的大趋势，会计目标可实时监控等新时期特征。在此背景下，许多会计人员的问题就此显现出来，如：知识欠缺，收集处理数据能力的落后，以及大多数会计人员接受的教育程度都偏低下，在对这些问题进行认真研究并逐条分析后，以深圳市宝安药业连锁有限公司为例，分析了面对这个新变化的时代，财务需要做出如何的改变，以及如何做出这些改变，力求帮助企业财务在这个新时代里及时成长，扎稳脚跟，为企业做大做强奠定了一定的理论基础。
