我国证券经纪业务发展策略研究—以安信证券为例
摘要：证券公司在对推进我国的国民经济方面有非常重要的影响。经纪业务是我国大多数证券公司的主要利润和收入来源。在国外主要有三大证券经纪业务的发展模式：有美林FC模式、E-trade模式、嘉信模式。随着佣金费率的下滑，国内证券经纪业务收入也大幅降低。
本文主要用资料收集法、国内外对比分析法、案例分析法等研究方法，通过引用证券经纪业务知识的相关理论，简述国内发展背景、国内外研究现状，简析对比国内外的业务模式及结构、发现安信证券目前存在的问题有：开放经纪牌照的冲击；固定费用、经营成本高；缺乏差异化服务能力；对其问题主要提出以下几点建议：第一，细分不同类型客户，提供差异化服务；第二，建立线上服务体系，降低成本，打造品牌；第三，提高公司人才专业素质；第四，加强行业内外合作。

Abstract：Securitiescompanieshaveaveryimportantinfluenceonpromotingthenationaleconomyofourcountry.BrokerageisthemainsourceofprofitandincomeformostsecuritiescompaniesinChina.Inforeigncountries,therearemainlythreedevelopmentmodesofsecuritiesbrokeragebusiness:MerrillLynchFCmode,E-trademodeandJiaXinmode.Withthedeclineofcommissionrate,theincomeofdomesticsecuritiesbrokeragebusinesshasalsobeengreatlyreduced.
Thispapermainlyusesdatacollectionmethod,comparativeanalysismethodathomeandabroad,caseanalysismethodandotherresearchmethods,byreferringtotherelevanttheoriesofsecuritiesbrokeragebusinessknowledge,brieflydescribesthedomesticdevelopmentbackground,researchstatusathomeandabroad,analyzesandcomparesthebusinessmodelandstructureathomeandabroad,andfindsthattheexistingproblemsofEssenceSecuritiesare:theimpactofopenbrokeragelicense;fixedfees,operatingcostsHigh;lackofdifferentiatedserviceability;putforwardthefollowingsuggestionsforitsproblems:first,subdividedifferenttypesofcustomersandprovidedifferentiatedservices;second,establishonlineservicesystem,reducecostsandbuildbrands;third,improvetheprofessionalqualityofthecompanystalents;fourth,strengtheninternalandexternalcooperationintheindustry.
