Abstract:Theconstructionofruralcultureisnotonlythesoulofruralrevitalization,butalsotheintellectualsupportforthe

smoothimplementationofRuralRevitalizationStrategy.Atpresent,therearethefollowingdilemmasintheprocessofruralcultural

construction:first,themainbodyofruralculturalconstructionisseriouslylost,andtheruralculturaltalentsystemneedstobe

constructedurgently;second,thesmartculturaltourismplatformisunderused;third,theforceofsocialparticipationhasnotyet

formedajointforce;andfourth,thedevelopmentandutilizationofculturalresourcesareinadequate.Basedontheactionframework

ofthefivesocieties,thispaperputsforwardthecorrespondingcountermeasuresandsuggestionstohelptheruralculture-empowered

ruralrevitalization.
