运用FMEA分析工具对护理给药不良事件的质控效果

摘要：目的运用失效模式和效应分析法对护理给药不良事件进行质量控制，完善给药流程，提高给药安全,保护患者安全。方法

通过医院OA系统不良事件上报端，收集全院2016年1-8月的给药差错事件，运用FMEA找出当前给药流程的潜在危险因素，制定

整改措施持续改进。并于2017年1-4月进行整改后效果追踪与评价。结果给药流程修订，查对制度及患者身份识别制度严格执行，

硬件设施设备的使用，护理工作流程得到改进，风险优先指数RPN下降60.66%。结论运用FMEA改进护理工作流程，有效避免护

理给药不良事件的发生，提高了护理质量安全。
