摘要

伴随着时代的不断进步与发展，机舱各种仪表设备的功能也越来越复杂，对监测报警系统的要求也越来越高。随着船舶制造工艺的飞速发展，对于机舱监测报警系统的深入研究具有重大的现实意义。本文旨在设计一套基于PLC（Programmablelogiccontroller）的机舱监测报警系统，采用西门子S7-200PLC作为控制器，结合梯形图和STL语言语言进行程序编辑，并由程序进行报警处理，运用了EM231拓展模块解决了隔离信息干扰的问题。使用模拟量对监测点的运行状态实时检测，极大地提高了船员的工作效率。通过打印机功能将报警内容、报警时间直观的显示，方便了船员的维修管理工作;模块化设计思想，提高了PLC的可拓展性,使船舶机舱检测与报警系统对运行状态的监测更加准确、可靠。

Abstract

WiththecontinuousprogressanddevelopmentofTheTimes,variousinstrumentsintheengineroomarebecomingmoreandmorecomplex,andtherequirementsformonitoringandalarmingarebecominghigherandhigher.Withtherapiddevelopmentofshipbuildingtechnology,thestudyandresearchofengineroommonitoringandcontrolsystemhasamorecrucialpracticalsignificance.ThispaperaimstodesignasetofengineroommonitoringandalarmsystembasedonPLC(Programmablelogiccontroller).ThissystemusesSiemensS7-200PLCasthecontroller,combinedtheladderdiagramandthestatementtablelanguagetocarryontheprogramediting,usingtheprogramcarriesontheprocessingtothealarm.TheEM231extensionmoduleisusedtosolvetheproblemofisolatinginformationinterference.Theuseofsimulationtoreal-timedetectionofthemonitoringpointoperationstategreatlyimprovesthecrewsworkefficiency.Throughthefunctionofprinter,thealarmcontentandalarmtimearedisplayedintuitively,whichfacilitatesthemaintenanceandmanagementofcrewmembers.ThedesignofmodularimprovestheexpansibilityofPLC;Programmedsystemproceduresimprovethestabilityofthecontrol.Itmakestheshipengineroommonitoringandalarmsystemmoreaccurateandreliable.
