6.ForceMajeure
6.1.Ifeitherpartyisunabletoperformitsobligationsunderthiscontractduetoeventsbeyonditsreasonablecontrol,suchasactsofGod,war,labordisputes,etc.,suchpartyshallnotbeliableforanyresultingdelaysorfailuresinperformance.
7.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution
7.1.Thiscontractshallbegovernedandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthecountry/regionspecifiedtheparties.
