OPERATIONANDDESCRIPTION
Thisisa4-way,3-position,spooltype,directactingsolenoidvalve.Inthecentercondition,ports2,4and1areopenwhileport3isblocked.By
energizingonecoil,port3opensto2andport4to1.Whenenergizingtheothercoil,portopensport3to4andport2to1.Thisvalveprovidesa
directionalcontrolfunctionwithaneutralde-energizedstateallowingtheworkportstobereferencedtotank,removinglockedinpressurewiththe
inletport3closed.Itcanbeusedinanyhydraulicapplicationwhereanactuatorneedstobecontrolledinbothdirections.Alwayschecktheoperating
envelopetomakesurethevalvewillworkundertherequiredapplicationconditions.Port1isnotintendedforuseasinlet(Tankonly).
