Qualityinspectionshallbeconductedbyathird-partyinspectionagencymutuallyagreeduponbybothparties.Ifanyclaimsariseduetodamageornon-conformitywithcontractspecifications,PartyBshallpromptlynotifyPartyAandtakeappropriatemeasures.ClaimssettlementshallbemadewithinXXdaysafterarrivalofthegoodsattheportofdestination.
