WhereasPartyArequirestranslationservicesandPartyBisproficientinprovidingsuchservices,thetwoparties,inaccordancewiththeprinciplesofequality,voluntariness,fairness,andgoodfaith,herebyenterintothiscontractasfollows:
I.ScopeofServices
1.PartyBshallprovidetranslationservicesforthefollowingmaterials:(Describethespecificmaterialstobetranslated,includinglanguagepair,documenttype,andestimatedwordcount).
2.Qualityrequirements:Thetranslatedtextshallbeaccurate,fluent,andconformtotheexpressionhabitsofthetargetlanguage.Professionaltermsshallbetranslatedaccurately.
II.ServicePeriod
1.PartyBshallcompletethetranslationtaskwithin______daysfrom______(startdate)to______(enddate).
2.Incaseofspecialcircumstancesrequiringanextensionoftheserviceperiod,thetwopartiesshallnegotiateanddetermineanewperiod.
III.CompensationandPaymentMethod
