集束化康复护理在脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者中的应用研究

【摘要】目的以提高脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者护理水平为研究目标，在临床中实施集束化康复护理，

明确其对脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者的影响。方法以2023年1月-12月时间段中于院内接受诊疗的脊髓损伤

后神经源性膀胱患者为分析对象，共计68例，按照诊疗先后顺序设置成对照组（35例）、观察组（33例），分

别以常规手段、集束化康复护理手段实施两组护理干预，对干预情况进行分析。结果并发症方面，两组相比，观

察组总值更低（P0.05）。自主排尿、残余尿量、膀胱容量等方面，两组相比，护理后观察组各项值更佳（P0.05）。

结论在临床中实施集束化康复护理，有利于帮助脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者控制并发症，改善残余尿量、膀

胱容量。

【Abstract】ObjectiveToimprovethenursinglevelofpatientswithneurogenicbladderafterspinalcordinjuryas

theresearchobjective,toimplementclusterrehabilitationnursinginclinicalpractice,andtoclarifyitsimpactonpatients

withneurogenicbladderafterspinalcordinjury.MethodsAtotalof68patientswithneurogenicbladderafterspinalcord

injurywhoreceivedtreatmentinhospitalfromJanuarytoDecember2023wereselectedastheanalysisobjects,andwere

dividedintocontrolgroup(35cases)andobservationgroup(33cases)accordingtotheorderofdiagnosisandtreatment.

Thetwogroupsofnursinginterventionwereimplementedbyconventionalmeansandclusterrehabilitationnursingmeans,

andtheinterventionsituationwasanalyzed.ResultsIntermsofcomplications,thetotalvalueofobservationgroupwas

lowerthanthatofthetwogroups(P0.05).Comparedwiththetwogroups,thevaluesofvoluntaryurination,residualurine

volumeandbladdervolumewerebetterintheobservationgroupafternursing(P0.05).ConclusionTheclinical

implementationofclusterrehabilitationnursingisbeneficialtohelppatientswithneurogenicbladderafterspinalcord

injurycontrolcomplications,improveresidualurinevolumeandbladdervolume.
