应用小切口囊外摘除术用于治疗老年白内障病人疗效分析

摘要目的分析对老年白内障患者实施小切口囊外摘除术的效果。方法抽取我院2019年10月至2020年10月间收治的老年白内障患者60例作为此次的观察对象，并根据随机数字表法将其分成各有30例的对照组以及研究组，前者接受药物进行治疗，后者接受小切口囊外摘除术进行治疗，并对不同的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果眼压水平，术前差异无统计学意义（p0.05），术后6小时、12小时以及24小时，研究组眼压水平明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p0.05）；视力恢复情况，研究组的视力＜0.1、视力为0.1-0.3者明显低于对照组，而视力＞0.3者明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p0.05）；并发症发生率，研究组明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p0.05）；生活质量评分，护理前差异无统计学意义（p0.05），护理后研究组的各项评分均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p0.05）。结论对老年白内障患者实施小切口囊外摘除术的价值较高，可推广。

Objectivetoanalyzetheeffectofsmallincisionextracapsularcataractextractioninelderlypatients.Methods60elderlycataractpatientstreatedinourhospitalfromOctober2019toOctober2020wereselectedastheobservationobjects,andtheywerepidedintocontrolgroupandstudygroupwith30casesrespectivelyaccordingtotherandomnumbertablemethod.Theformerwastreatedwithdrugsandthelatterwastreatedwithsmallincisionextracapsularextraction,andthedifferenttreatmenteffectswerecomparedandanalyzed.Resultstherewasnosignificantdifferenceinintraocularpressurebeforeoperation(P0.05).At6,12and24hoursafteroperation,theintraocularpressurelevelinthestudygroupwassignificantlylowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P0.05);Therecoveryofvisualacuityinthestudygroupwassignificantlylowerthanthatinthecontrolgroupwithvisualacuity0.1andvisualacuity0.1-0.3,whilethosewithvisualacuity0.3weresignificantlyhigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P0.05);Theincidenceofcomplicationsinthestudygroupwassignificantlylowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P0.05);Therewasnosignificantdifferenceinthescoresofqualityoflifebeforenursing(P0.05).Afternursing,thescoresofthestudygroupwerehigherthanthoseofthecontrolgroup(P0.05).Conclusionsmallincisionextracapsularcataractextractionforelderlypatientsisofhighvalueandcanbepopularized.
