对于成都都市圈工业建筑遗产活化问题的思考

[摘要]从中国工业建筑史和成都都市圈工业发展历程出发，对成都都市圈工业建筑遗产的价值认知、利用现状和面临的主要
问题进行探索。以问题为导向，发现其面临消失的困境、公改商模式单一、改造绿色效能低、缺乏需求性研究和公众视野价
值认知等不足。对此提出应贯彻“双碳”理念进行绿色保护、进行数字和可视化展示、结合文化和价值双向重塑、提高公众
认知及参与等相应策略，为城市更新背景下地区工业建筑遗产的价值升维与认知提升做出参考。

Abstract：BasedonthehistoryofindustrialarchitectureinChinaandtheindustrialdevelopmentoftheChengdumetropolitanarea,
thispaperexploresthevaluecognition,utilizationstatusandmainproblemsoftheindustrialarchitecturalheritageoftheChengdu
metropolitanarea.Problem-oriented,itisfoundthatitfacesthedilemmaofdisappearing,thepublicreformbusinessmodelisabused,
thegreentransformationefficiencyislow,thealackofdemandresearchandthepublicvisionvaluecognitionandsoon.Thispaper
proposescorrespondingstrategiessuchasimplementingthe“DoubleCarbon”conceptforgreenprotection,digitalandvisualdisplay,
combiningcultureandvaluetwo-wayremodeling,andimprovingpublicawarenessandparticipation,toprovideareferenceforthevalue
enhancementandcognitiveenhancementofregionalindustrialarchitecturalheritageinthecontextofurbanrenewal.
